Permitted Uses – Grant of License SG grants to the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Content for Educational Use.
“Educational Use” shall mean use of the Content in accordance with the specific terms of the license you purchased, for classroom teaching, research, educational non-commercial multimedia projects, classroom presentations, and individual presentations without any charge or admission, within your organization and with individuals, students, classes or groups that are currently employed by or enrolled in your organization.
What’s Not Allowed Use of the Content and related materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use is prohibited. Sharing or streaming content between two or more campuses, or with other institutions, or with anyone that is not enrolled in or employed by Licensee is not permitted without the express authorization of SG. Licensee may not copy, display, create derivative works from, transmit, perform, modify, rent, loan, sublicense, display, or sell any information, products, Content or services obtained from SG, except as otherwise expressly granted in this License.
Copyright All materials purchased from SG including, but not limited to, video, audio, graphics, text, images, and interactive media (“Content”) are the property of SG or have been licensed to SG, and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Licensee has no ownership of the Content. In addition, the contents of this Web site, including but not limited to design, “look and feel,” software code, text, images, audio, and audiovisual Content, are copyrighted, with all rights reserved by SG.
Trademarks Shanti Generation, LLC, and its respective logos that appear throughout the Web site belong to SG, and other marks belong to third party trademark owners. Except as permitted by applicable laws, Licensee is prohibited from using any of the marks appearing on this site without express written consent from their respective trademark owners.
Representations and Warranties of SG All information, products and other content (including third party information, products and content) included in or accessible from SG are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind (express, implied and statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of title and non-infringement and the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), all of which SG disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law. Licensee’s use of the Content is at Licensee’s sole risk.
Representations and Warranties of the Licensee Licensee warrants that all information provided is true and accurate. SG may terminate Licensee’s rights to any or all service if any information Licensee provides is false or inaccurate.
Indemnification Licensee agrees to indemnify SG, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from Licensee’s violation of these Terms of Use.
The Streaming Service The streaming service is provided via internet connections, and its availability depends fundamentally on the reliability of such connections and on the internet generally. Subject thereto, so far as is within our control, we will use reasonable efforts to maintain continuity of the streaming service at all times and to minimize unavoidable interruptions. It is however technically impossible to guarantee fault-free service. Although we will use reasonable efforts to give notice of anticipated interruptions, there will inevitably be times when the service is unavailable.
Our Liability Where our Web site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

SG Privacy Policy Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement, use of SG is subject to SG’s Privacy Policy, which is expressly made a part of this Agreement.
Term The term of this License Agreement shall be concurrent with the length of the license chosen by the Licensee (i.e. 30-day, 1 year, 3 year, or other agreed upon term) (“Term”). Upon expiration, non-renewal, or any termination of the license, all Licensee’s rights to use the Content shall cease, except as otherwise provided herein below. All Content in all formats must be erased, deleted, or destroyed upon expiration or any termination of this Agreement.
Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Licensee hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
Miscellaneous 1. SG reserves the right to refuse service and terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without cause, including, but not limited to, if SG believes Licensee’s conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to SG. 2. SG reserves the right to notify Licensee of any use of the Content (including bandwidth use) that is deemed extraordinary and not customary and limit use of SG at its sole discretion. 3. SG’s rights, including but not limited to all rights of remedy for SG’s breaches under this Agreement, shall continue in perpetuity. 4. SG reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use or this service at any time. SG’s continued use of this site following the posting of any changes will mean that Licensee has accepted the changes. SG may add, delete, or modify features, titles, as well as the scope of service and support provided. Pricing, product features and specifications, and product title library are all subject to change without notice. 5. No delay or failure of SG to take action under these Terms of Use will constitute a waiver by SG, unless expressly waived in writing by SG.
